360Reset is an online learning community, as well as a therapy and coaching practice in Asheville and Hendersonville, North Carolina. It is designed to bring Matt Bram’s research and work on addiction and trauma to men and women who want to stop the struggle and learn how to live a courageous, balanced, and happy life.
If you want to move beyond your stuck patterns and addictions, the lingering effects of past trauma, and relationship struggles to create real and lasting transformation, you first have to learn how to release the patterns that keep you stuck.
Matt teaches that stuck, addictive patterns are common and that most of us deal with them on some level. Many people think of only alcohol or drugs when they hear the word “addiction.” But we come face to face with a variety of addictions everyday that lead to depression, broken marriages, pain and suffering, and a feeling of emptiness. These can come in form of food, TV, computer games, porn, and even codependency. Yes, even codependency is a stuck pattern that can stop your from truly living.
When you 360Reset, you are deciding enough is enough, and that NOW is the time to make a change.
When you 360Reset, you stop being led by what others think. You begin to listen to your inner wisdom instead, and learn to pay attention to your own needs, wants and desires.
When you 360Reset, you tap into a new way of existing. You begin to slow down, become grateful, and present.
Stepping into this means you learn how to forgive yourself and those who have intentionally or unintentionally hurt you.
When you have the tools to release your stuck patterns that have held you back for so long, you’re then able to create a new path.
This new path leads you on the journey toward discovering and finally living your purpose.
So HOW do you do it? It’s about entering this process with support and accountability. That’s where the transformation happens.
Matt likes to get clients off the couch and into a space that’s conducive to connection and healing. He does this even with some of his one-on-one in-person clients, as well as groups and virtual sessions.
When we take the trail we come alive, it’s mindfulness in motion. We go beyond describing recovery; we literally take the trail and subscribe to our recovery. This could be a hike, a walk through your neighborhood, even making your way through your town on foot.
There’s much to an old saying, “Move a muscle, change a thought.” In our case, this movement helps us to get unstuck. This is an environment when we can bond with nature, as well as with others.
We begin living life, getting centered, getting clear, and accessing the wisdom of sacred spaces. When we take the trail, we are connecting to the source.
You CAN choose the life you want to lead, see it clearly, and forge a path towards your goals. You only have to START.
